The name of this song is How I Praise Thee from the CD Introducing Israel's Hope. This dance is done in a circle moving CCW. Dancers start with R arm up at R angles front and L arm to back of dancer at R angles also. Palms of both hands face the dancer.
Musical Interlude - Done when flute begins to play in music- little runs-1-2-3-4; 2 claps with one step R (counts 5 and 6) - 1 clap with one step L (counts 7 and 8) do sequence for a total of 4x; then face circle center and move in by swaying arms overhead towards R with R foot stepping in towards center, L foot taps close, (counts 1 and 2); then arms sway overhead L with L foot stepping in closer towards center, R foot taps close, (counts 3 and 4); at center, bow -1-2-3-4 while moving back to circle line with four small steps backward, (counts 5 through 8); do this entire sequence for a total of 4x.
Verse 1 - Part A:
How I praise You, praise You Lord- R point front - R point side; arms positioned stationary at Right angles at sides pointing upwards, (counts 1 & 2); R back - L joins R while AST arms swing from side to back - R rocks to front with a small hop while AST as arms swing up front, (counts 3 & 4)
You're the Rock of my Salvation. - L rocks and hops back - arms swing back, (count 5); R rocks/hops front - arms swing up front, (count 6); L steps back on toes- arms swing back, (count 7); R joins L on toes (last half of count 7); heels down - arms back to move to beginning position of R angles at sides of body pointing upward (count 8).
It's You I praise from shore to shore - In all Your creation- Repeat above point sequence and rock/hop seq. together with arms swinging front to back as written.
Part B:
Let it ring from mountain tops- Yemenite R on circle line with pivot on R, (counts 1&2); feet - L step tog. step L; arms AST - R arm remaining out in front at CF and L moving away from R in a half circle towards center at waist's height, (counts 3&4)
Let my voice proclaim- same move as Part B Yemenite R from previous line, (counts 5-8)
The tender mercies of my Lord- same move as Part B Yemenite R from previous line, (counts 1-4)
Yeshua is His Name- same move as Part B Yemenite R from previous line, (counts 5-8)

Verse 1 repeats itself using Sections 2 and 3 respectively with corresponding words/actions The song ends with an extra "Yeshua is His Name" as a tag - on this we are facing the center of the circle with arms to sides at R angles pointing upward - feet move R point center front (counts 1 & 2); then R side, (counts 3&4); then we walk towards the middle R - L - R on the word Name and touch arms together with partners on L and R. (counts 5-8).
