Welcome to our "Contact Us - Your Opinion Counts" page. This page celebrates you - our customers!! Our heart at Heaven's Workshop is to serve you in the best way possible. How better serve you than to find out from YOU ways in which we can improve our website and online store, and encourage and foster your own worship of the Lord. So THIS page is dedicated to your giving us valuable feedback and suggestions! As we have said before, this site is under new management and if you have ideas of products that you would like to see us offer, or ways in which we can improve the site itself - then we really would like to hear from you!!
Because your input is so valuable, we are going to have a drawing twice a year for a choice of free product from our online store...either a streamer, flag, or tam tassel. Every person who completes a survey will be entered into this drawing, and the winner will be notified by email and their name posted on our website.
So - GO AHEAD!!! Give us your suggestions today by clicking onto the email address below. Once you request a survey form from us, we will send you a Word document attachment that can be filled out and resent to us via email. You will then be automatically entered into the drawing.
