Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back unused in its original packaging within thirty days of the product purchase. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. After 30 days, we will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. All sales on Clearance items are final.
When you are ready to ship the return, please include the packing slip and/or a note with:
1. Your Full Name 2. Order date or order number 3. E-mail address 4. Daytime telephone number 5. Reason for return

Exchange Policy
Exchanges for unused merchandise will only be made thirty (30) days from date of purchase. We will not accept exchanges after thirty days or for used product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanging goods unless the exchange is a result of our error.
Exchanges are available only in the sizes and colors listed, and are limited to stock on hand. A $4.75 shipping fee will be assessed for all exchanges.

Wrap all packages securely and send to the above listed address for Heaven's Workshop.
Again, for your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day you ship your package for your exchange to be made.
